1. When assembling, the joint surface and friction surface of each accessory should be coated with engine oil, and the self-tightening oil should be sealed in the oil pump cover, and it must be pressed to the end, and the sealing table should not be damaged.

2. Clean the whole parts with gasoline or diesel, and carefully check the technical status of each part. When assembling, the width of the driving gear and the driven gear are required to be the same to ensure that the end face of the gear and the end face of the shaft sleeve fit tightly during the operation of the oil pump; when the sleeve gear is assembled into the housing, the axial clearance of 0.10-0.12mm should be guaranteed; small The sealing ring should be higher than the ring, there should be a pre-compression amount of 0.40-0.55mm, and the pre-compression amount of the large sealing ring is 0.6-0.7mm

3. The pressure relief of the shaft sleeve is beneficial to remove the dead volume generated when the gear meshes, so when assembling, pay attention to the pressure relief position. The pressure relief piece and the sealing ring should be on the side of the oil suction cavity, that is, the side of the large hole with the word "inlet" on the oil pump housing.

4. When screwing the screws of the pump cover to the casing, rotate the scene alternately several times, and the torque is 49~59N·m.

5. When the assembled triple gear oil pump is used to rotate the driving gear by hand, it should be smooth and without jamming, and the rotating torque should not be greater than 3N·m.

2. When disassembling the gear pump, pay attention to the following issues:

1. The gear pump is a precision component. Generally, it is not easy to disassemble it when it is not judged that the fault occurs in the gear pump.

2. After disassembling the gear pump assembly, clean the oil and dust on the outside of the oil pump assembly. Before disassembling and disassembling, apply a steel sheet (use a marker as far as possible) to draw a mark on the pump cover and pump body for assembly according to the mark.

3. The parts that are severely worn and cannot be used should be replaced with new parts in sets or in pairs. If the gears should be replaced with a pair, otherwise the toothing state of the two gears will affect the oil delivery pressure.

4. Disassembly and disassembly of the triple gear oil pump should be carried out in a clean place. After the removed parts are cleaned with gasoline or diesel, carefully check the wear status of the parts to confirm whether they can be used continuously, and then replace the parts that can be used. , Carefully put them in order.
